By accessing or using Zynth Tweaks (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Upon successful purchase, Zynth Tweaks grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes on up to two devices simultaneously.

• Monthly and Yearly licenses are valid for the subscribed period.
• Lifetime licenses are valid indefinitely.
• License keys may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Redistribute or resell license keys.
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass license verification mechanisms.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Prices are listed in Euros (EUR). Refunds are issued within 30 days of purchase if the software fails to function as described. Contact support@zynthtweaks.com.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. System modifications are performed at your own risk. Always back up your system before applying tweaks.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zynth Tweaks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the software.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

Zynth Tweaks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
