All paid Zynth Tweaks plans — Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime — come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the software for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, use one of the following methods:
- Email: Send a refund request to support@zynthtweaks.com from the email address linked to your Zynth Tweaks account.
- Discord: Open a support ticket in our Discord server.
Include your account email and the plan you purchased. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your premium access will be revoked once the refund is processed.
- If you had a recurring subscription (Monthly or Yearly), it will be cancelled automatically.
- Your account will revert to the free tier. You will not lose access to free features.
- Any system changes made with the software remain in place — the refund applies to the subscription, not to tweaks already applied.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds, or attempts to retain premium features after a refund is issued.
Recurring Subscription Cancellation
If you want to stop future charges without requesting a refund for the current period, you can cancel your subscription directly through your payment provider (e.g., PayPal auto-pay settings). Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not issue a refund for the current billing period.
